6. User Safety
6.1 Users are solely responsible for their interactions and communications with other members.
6.2 Users should exercise appropriate caution before sharing:

- Bank details.
- OTPs or passwords.
- Identification documents.
- Private photographs.
- Other sensitive personal information.
6.3 M4Marriage will never ask users to transfer money to another member as a condition for marriage.
6.4 Users should immediately report suspicious, fraudulent, abusive or inappropriate activity to M4Marriage.
7. Prohibited Activities

- Introduce malware, viruses or harmful code.
- Scrape, copy or reproduce member data without authorization.

- Misrepresent identity, age, marital status or other material information.
- Circumvent membership restrictions or payment systems.
M4Marriage may suspend or permanently terminate accounts involved in prohibited activities.
8. Communication Between Members
8.1 M4Marriage provides communication facilities for matrimonial purposes.
8.2 Users are responsible for the content of their communications with other members.
8.3 M4Marriage does not control or guarantee the accuracy, reliability or intentions of individual members.
8.4 M4Marriage may take appropriate action against accounts reported for harassment, fraud, abuse or violation of these Terms.
9. Membership Plans and Paid Services

13. User-Generated Content
13.1 Users retain ownership of content that they lawfully upload to the platform, subject to the rights granted to M4Marriage under these Terms.
13.2 By uploading content, you grant M4Marriage a non-exclusive, limited, royalty-free licence to host, store, reproduce, display and process that content to the extent reasonably necessary to operate and provide the M4Marriage services.

14. Intellectual Property
